Mr. Delclid explained that he had checked everything and concluded that there may not be enough oxygen when the water heater and furnace are running at the same time. He recommended leaving a door open to get more oxygen in the room.

I very much appreciate the discussion I have had with Cristian to explain what was broken and how it was fixed, answered questions about how the fireplace works and should be used. Today, we spoke about the need to fix the wall switch and/or wiring before installing a remote.
