Donald with KMP is friendly, professional, and an extremely nice person. He is very good at his job and explains all that is being done. The repairs being are costly and time consuming, but Donald and KMP have been great. I highly recommend them. No one likes to have major water leak issues, but I am very pleased with the KMP crew. They are all friendly, curious, and professional. Replacing a water line from street to house is a lot, they made the issue smooth and bearable. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Miles did a great job. I appreciate his help and input. Chase did a great job installing our new laundry room sink. He was very professional and friendly. Very pleased with his work.
KMP is a great company, we had a busted pipe in this latest freeze and they were very prompt in coming to fix our issue! This is the 2nd time we have had the technician Josh out and he always does a fantastic job!! Highly recommend KMP for all your Plumbing & HVAC needs!!

Revisited our instant hot water pump to trouble shoot getting quicker results for hot water. He sorted out some issues, we are tested the system out for a week and then reported back to him
I had an emergency where my main line backed up. I called KMP and they were out to my house within an hour and a 1/2 on a Saturday late afternoon. My plumbing issue was fixed by 530pm. In addition they did not charge extra for a emergency call. The plumber was very friendly and courteous. Also they have discounts but you will need to ask for them. Thanks to the plumber that came out and to KMP for ensuring fast and speedy service. Yall are life saver!!!!

Very helpful and responsive. Duffy(technician) and April (scheduling) worked some magic and helped me get our tankless water heater fixed within three hours of first calling them. We continue to only use KMP!!!!

The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and well trained. These gentlemen were the nicest guys today. They were upfront with the costs involved and went above and beyond with a pool drain repair! What started as an easy snaking of pool drains became a mystery of why so much dirt was clogging the system. These guys worked to locate the problem and then repaired the pipe with fantastic workmanship. Tomorrow is forecasted for rain which is why they stayed to fix the problem. Thank you KMP!
