Jay arrived on time and conducted himself in a very professional manner Explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it Once Jay got into my unit he found out that The noice was not from a bad motor but from tape that actually came off the insulation He cleaned that up and the unit is running great with no noise Professional and Honest That’s why you should use HERO heating
