Jerl was super helpful. As expected. NO ONE at Dr. Watt's has EVER not been. I'm telling you, there is no other company that I know of that can even hold a candle to them.
I could not communicate with my new ecobee thermostat while away from home, which was the primary reason for having it installed. The app said I needed another piece of equipment called a hub in order to do this, which would have been another item to purchase. Today's visit was a follow-up by Ramon to solve the lack of communication. He worked patiently through problems with my new phone passwords, finally solving the problem through a different app. Ray is quiet and polite, respectful of me and my home. He is a knowledgeable and competent ambassador for Dr. Watts, and has my highest recommendation.
Jerl came out to my home and gave me a price on doing work on my AC and heating unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Really appreciate the time he spent with me explaining everything to me. This In large part, is the reason why I've decided to go with his option A. I Will be back to give you a review on the work they did, when it's completed. Everything went great had to wait a little while for him to order the inducer motor but put it in today everything works fine couldn't be more happy with of him and Austin. Want to thank the whole team. And a special shout out to Robin and Kiki the two young ladies I spoke to a lot on the phone setting up the appointments very pleasant professional people to speak with do not lose these ladies. You couldn't have a more better couple of ladies for your company. Whatever they're being paid I'm sure is not enough. Thank you again Robin and Kiki. For keeping me informed when the workers were showing up and forgiving me for getting you mixed up. But in my defense your both are so pleasant on the phone and you sound so much alike that's why I kept getting you two mixed up. Thank you again you are the true champs of this company. Austin came out and replaced printed circuit board that evidently went out heater is working great for now.

We call Dr Watts for everything. Great people and good work. Today was proof to me. With especially three techs here, they do way more than the HVAC (which we love) but they are like a friend came to work on something for you. I know they get paid but they genuinely care about us as PEOPLE not customers. I can’t say enough about them from office staff to the techs. A level way above!!
