I truly recommend this company to everyone. Gerardo Rodriguez and his coworker installed a new breaker panel and Surge protector. They were very efficient and professional. Rey As you can see from above selections, there's not much not to like about Dr. Watts, starting with the quick response from their office to set up appt; notification of who tech will be and when they are on the way. Politeness and professionalism of techs. Explanation of various options available.Rey and Kevin were both outstanding with their explanations and presentation of options available. There was no "pressure" sales, just info given. I have used them in the past and will certainly continue to do so.

Austin and Noah were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their work. Austin explained in detail the work that was to be completed and how they were going to go about the duct cleaning and install of the Clean Air Defense System. I’m extremely pleased with their work.

Daniel was fantastic...he contacted Oncor to have a line replaced. It was replaced within a couple of hours and then Daniel returned to ensure everything was working properly...awesome customer service. Robin and Kiki working in the office were great as well. Keep up the great work!

Kevin Both Eric & Nick were TOP NOTCH in my opinion. You should seriously pay them more, cuz they're worth it. I'm a customer for good, solely because of them. I'll have more work in the Fall and I'll insist on them doing it
Eric Eric renewed my faith in people. He works hard, listens to my concerns, doesn't waste time. I'm a fmr interrigator & I know when someone is trying to B.S. me. Both guys worked their butts off and eased my conscience on several issues. I'm already planning on future work I'd like to have him do.

Jarl Pippin did a great job of organizing and executing the electrical projects we needed done in our house. He was professional, on time, had all the parts and materials prepared and completed our projects within two hours. His expertise in electrical work allowed us to have use of two switch legs for turning on electrical outlets we had installed outside on our front and back patio/pergola living areas. We also had a whole house surge protector installed to ensure our electrical devices in our home are protected. We would definitely use Dr. Watts electrical company in Belton, Texas for our projects again. Also with Jarl, a young electrician by the name of Nick was professional and had a real knowledge of how to execute from start to finish the projects done in our house. Jerl Eric and his assistant Trey are very knowledgeable , courteous, and friendly. They explained everything to our satisfaction. Anytime I need some electrical work done, I would like for them to be the persons doing the work. Super people.

The customer service was phenomenal!! Allen and Eric came over for an installation of ceiling fans and were done in no time. Very professional, personable, and thoughtful through the whole process. Great communication. Arrived on time and cleaned the part of my HVAC that was not working well. I am going to have the part replaced. The techs were great.
They are very responsive, polite, efficient and quick. I called and they were able to show up the next day. Jerl & Dontae replaced a circuit breaker in my home. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.
