Lisa was very helpful and professional. I would consider her services again in the future. My only complaint is with scheduling. I was originally told a tech would be here between 10am-2pm. I was contacted right before 2pm and was told a tech would now be here between 2p-6pm. I turned down other plumbers as Benjamin Franklin contacted me first. 2 of the 4 said they would also be here between 10am-2pm.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing had been to my home twice in the last two months. Each time Lisa has done an outstanding job. Thankfully I had the maintenance plan. During my annual inspection we found two leaks! Got them fix during the same visit. I then set up a time to come back and descale my tankless gas water heater!

David was my tech, he did an excellent job solved the problem I had and even show me what to do with my water heater. Very helpful I follow his advice and I’ll add years to my water heater and my outside spigot . Job well done
