Ricardo is excellent in knowledge and courtesy. He looked at our system for leaks and gave me the ok. He disconnected the drainage hose and removed it with the bucket and water that was left by the service technician 2 days ago. Thank you.

This was a very discouraging problem, but my anxiety was calmed while talking to Ray, and listening him explain the science behind the issue, and how he was going to fix it. He worked hard for e, and did not stop sharing the insight of the process, and how I was going to sleep well tonight under my cooling system.
