Robert was great! He showed us the dust that he was collecting during the vacuuming, and told us all the steps he was doing along the way, including the enzymatic cleaning we requested. And the cleaning pads afterwards! The carpets in two rooms, and the wool are rugs in the others, are so much brighter now!
