As previously discussed this past October to replace a pressure switch, Jonathan remembered to give me a call after the new year to follow up, and he was able to come out the same day to complete the work in a timely manner. Rainaldo Ruiz was here to address a water pressure and temperature issue in the hall bath. With some difficulty due to the age of the fixture he was able to replace the cartridge and fix the temperature issue. On his advice I descaled the shower head which resolved most of the pressure issue. Courteous and competent

1800 Plumber is over the top awesome! The techs are very knowledgeable professional and hard working. I've used all of the services HVAC, plumbing, and electrical and they have all been great including the office. Recently they replaced two HVAC/heat pump systems in both units of my duplex. When I saw how they installed the first system I asked some questions because I had a 2 year old unit that wasn't right from the start. They were so helpful and had a tech diagnose the 2 year old system. I'll spare the details but the system was replaced. They did a fabulous job and I couldn't be happier!!! I would highly recommend 1800 Plumber for all services they provide! The Home Guard plan is awesome! Thank you for all your help! Happy happy customer!!!

1-800-Plumber sent a more knowledgeable and customer oriented representative to visit with me. His name is Noah Sintos. He reviewed with me what was needed to get adequate air flow to our Master Bath. This area is on the north side of our house, and the furthest away from the unit. We had been using space heaters, with the cabinet doors open to help keep the water lines from freezing. Noah arrived with options best suited to correct our issue. Bottom line, you should be proud of Noah Sintos, Ees Cerimagic, and Brandon Reyes. Thank you, Douglas M Small
