Steven Craddocks appears to be the real deal. We are about to undergo major renovations with our old home and we contacted Craddocks to help with the electrical portion of the project. Mark, one of their master electricians has been excellent at explaining what the steps will be and has been extremely professional. We even had a glitch with our system prior to the main work and Mark was completely available and responded immediately. I’ll follow up with a final post after all the work is complete, but so far Craddocks and Mark have been amazing and are making my husband and I feel like we are in good hands.
I was unhappy with my usual electricians and thought I would try Craddock's. I was very happy with them. They took their time, gave me a reasonable estimate and didn't charge me when they had to go get a missing part not in my light fixture box:) They cleaned up after the work and even took my old fan with them. They also offer an electrical inspection included in their service call. Will be using them again!
As usual great service...found my problem...avoided a fire and so on!!...this is 3 times I've used there service and have complaints #UNKNOWN#
