Derick arrived on time and patiently listened as I went over electrical issues, and he took the time to explain the process to make the repairs & upgrades. He completed all repairs and upgrades. I will request him by name for future electrical work.

Chris Whitaker I am grateful to have found Craddock Electrical Service. I had a sub panel which stopped working, and showed signs of burning. It was in an almost inaccessible part of the attic. Other lighting upstairs was also wired improperly in that sub panel. I called this morning and the first thing Katie asked me was how Craddock could make my day better! Caleb from Craddock arrived about two hours later, He did a thorough assessment of the electrical systems in my home. He spent more than 7 hours repairing defective wiring in a variety of areas and replaced the defective sub panel in an accessible area of my attic. My air conditioning is now working again, but more than that, my home is a safer place to live. Thank you Caleb and Katie...you certainly made my day and my home better. The 5 star rating is well deserved...I’ll be using Craddock in the future! Update 2026. I have a project to improve lighting in my kitchen and Derick Gladney from Craddocks Electrical Service did an excellent job planning and purchasing the material! The cost was extremely reasonable and I am excited to have Derick doing the install! 2/6/26. The work was completed and Derek and the team did an outstandingly good job! The task list was long and everything was completed in less than 8 hours...a team effort! My older home is now much safer with the updates!

Chris Whitaker came out to look at some oddly wired switches and outlets in my new house and did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable, honest and efficient. In about an hour and a half he was able to diagnose and repair our faulty wiring. I will definitely be using Craddock in the future!
