Derick was incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. When our AC lost power he found the issue and fixed it quickly - he made sure we wouldn’t be stuck without cooling. i wish i could give him 6 stars! thanks again Derick!

I’m very happy with Craddocks and Grayland !! Grayland is very patient and takes the time to install all the new products I’m adding to my bathroom renovation. He installed lighted niche and heated floors from Schluter, crystal sconces, electrical outlets including for new bidet toilet, and 2 new chandeliers. It was not easy but in the end the bathroom looks fantastic and I don’t have to worry if the electrical was all done to code bc when u hire Craddocks u can rest assure you are hiring TN licensed electricians. I highly recommend their services.

I wanted to say thank you to Craddocks Electrical and their service technician Grayland and his team who replaced my weather head that had been destroyed in the storm this past weekend. Grayland and his team were very professional and respectable.
