Had an emergency and Technician was very quick and prompt with repairing leak pipe. Very happy and satisfied with services.
The tech was very nice but when I called I told them I needed the water heater installed, but the tech was only told he was coming to give me a price. Will never call them again even if my house is flooded
Took off of work for the two hour window only for them to be an hour and a half late.. ended up having to take 4 hours off of work just for them to arrive. Not sure how that is punctual. Did not even give me a courtesy call to tell me that they would be late. After all of this they told me that they could not do the job that I was asking for. Wish I wouldve been told that over the phone when I discussed the nature of the work that needed to be done.
