My hot water heater began to leak overnight it was already 15yrs old so decided to replace with a new one. I called around 9:30am, they were on sight with new replacement tank same day by noon and done by 1:30. Quick response, friendly on the phone, friendly installers. Trustworthy. Had a toilet back up yesterday. Stopped working and flooded everything. Unfortunately it was to late in the day when I made the call, but someone was here first things in the morning. Jordan was very helpful and took the time to make sure everything was working.

Erick Ballard Showed up ; installed beautiful new AC and Furnaces. We have a two story house and they lifted those furnaces up the stairs into the attic! All in all it was about 4 hours and they cleaned and vacuumed the whole area. Very professional and fast! I honestly was dreading this whole situation and they made it look so easy! Thank you guys!
Second time I had called on Ballard Plumbing to refit my refrigerator water line into a new wall location. Manuel arrived promptly on schedule and came in observing safety precaution of using a face mask which was very considerate. He developed a work plan and proceeded with care explaining what he was doing every step of the way. He was courteous and a good listener as I had some concerns. He worked efficiently and since there will be more work to do for my kitchen , I have assured him Id like him to complete that job as well.
