The morning of my appointment, I received a text message advising me the tech was on his way, along with a picture of the tech. Again, much appreciated. Ricky Had a system installed by Dakota, Chris, Fausto and Indra. They were very professional and punctual. They were very knowledgeable about everything and Dakota answered every questions we had. Very satisfied with the team that worked on our house.
So far all we've had is Neil come to give us a price. He looked at things, explained well what would be done, showed us what our vents looked like, and showed us before and after pictures of previous work they'd done. We ordered the service. Neil was here two days ago and so we've not made an appointment to have the work done.
Derek Hickey came out to service and check our furnace. He did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very thorough and took time to explain everything he checked and what might need to be done in the future. We were extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Home Heating and Derek to anyone looking for furnace service. Home Heating also cleaned our ducts last year and we were very happy with that crew.

Casey from home heating & cooling was great my heater needed a special part that had to be ordered, of course there was a cold snap. Casey brought in room heaters for us to use till the part came in. we just purchased an older home and had Nic come to clean out all the dust and debris in our vents. Our house is smelling more fresh and now we feel better knowing dust isn't being blown into the air in our home! Nic was educational about the whole process and showed us before and after photos of our ducts.

We have nothing but great things to say about Home Heating- Jeremy was prompt, courteous and efficient during initial service call to evaluate our dying 21 year old gas furnace. When we decided it was time for new and in a hurry (March in the mountains=COLD) Ric made time on Saturday to come over and show us all of our options, and he did just that! Of 4 estimates, Home was not the cheapest but we got a phenomenal education on HVAC possibilities from Ric and ended up with a fantastic new system with all MADE IN THE USA components. The others were selling basically on price point alone and all but one other were in & out in 10 min. Ric fully evaluated the entire HVAC system and gave us options to bring our house to the next level of clean and comfortable. All of our major appliances were 21+ years old, so we decided to go with a new 2 stage variable furnace, 2 stage AC unit, new rigid ducting for all vent fans including dryer, humidifier, and duct cleaning and sealing. Ric also took the time to source Made in USA wifi thermostat, deliver temporary heaters and install temporary thermostat on an existing gas fireplace to get us by! Our home comfort is AMAZING now. Jason and Edward were the install techs and they were also great! Incredibly efficient and friendly, we barely noticed they were here (except that it looked like a bomb went off in our house, garage, and driveway!). Considering the sheer volume of work done I was super impressed how fast they were in and out, and the install looks impeccably done. If you are the consumer who wants the right stuff the first time, Home is THE choice in central Oregon; but don't take my word for it, they actually came on great recommendation from their top competetor ; )
All ductwork and and the dryer vent were to be cleaned. First, Neil did a thorough inspection of the work to be done; I felt confident in his estimate of the work to be done. His comments about the state of the ductwork with supporting pictures showed the work was truly needed. Nick showed up to do the work exactly as scheduled. He too showed before and after pictures demonstrating how thoroughtly the ductwork was cleaned. Nick left no trace that he'd even been there. Both Neil and Nick were courteous and professional. These guys are good!
