I am so appreciative of the work DeWayne did with the assistance of Zack in replacing a water heater in my attic. It was hot outside and a tight fit, plus am trying to downsize so they had to work around some chaos. They did such a good job! They were pleasant and thorough. My service with Dixie Electric was phenomenal. The receptionist was welcoming, warm and sincere. My service appointment was expedited and the repairman (Adam) showed up on time. Adam was thorough, informative, and comprehensive (albeit a bit tangental) lol . We discussed multiple options and he made me feel educated in the decision I was making. All in all, I have ZERO complaints and I would definitely recommend others if they are in need of HVAC service.
Blake was very thorough and explained everything. They were also very timely in their arrival time being it was a very short notice and unscheduled request.

Dixie wired my storage shed. They set up an overhead light, two outlets, and wiring for security cameras. Did a great job. Even the clean up when the job was finished was above expectations.

I cannot remember the two gentlemen's names that came out today to install my water heater, but they were very kind, knowledgeable and they did really well with the installation!
Justin Downs and his partner Lenny provided exceptional service at our home. We had a plumbing issue and they handled it with honestly and displayed a high level of knowledge. They were punctual, efficient, and provided alternative solutions/advice to prevent future plumbing issues which in the long run saves us money. We highly recommend Justin and Lenny for their expertise and integrity. Price was very reasonable for the service they provided. I can’t say enough good things about them!
The service technician Kris Roton arrived on time, was personable, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and I will likely be hiring Dixie Electric to make the repairs to my AC.

Blake is awesome, He came out to investigate an alert condition that had been reported by my wifi thermostat to Dixie. Blake gave the heat pump system a quick once over and was unable to find any issues, he reviewed the thermostat for any alerts stored in the thermostat history, there were none, so we just chalked it up and an false alert. This was the second time that the Thermostat has sent a none recorded fault. Blake is the kind of technician that I like to work with, very personable, well educated in the product, dog friendly, very thoughtful and respectful to his surroundings. Thanks Blake, everything's back cooling!
