Had a wonderful overall experience with Polar Express Heating and Air Conditioning from the beginning to the end. They were very professional and responded to every inquiries in timely manner. The two technicians (Justin and his partner (sorry forgot the name) arrived promptly on the scheduled days and worked tirelessly and cleaned up after themselves and were very nice, polite and knowledgeable. They answered any questions and concerns we had and even stayed longer to address a concern we had. They fixed the problems before leaving and we really would highly recommend them to anyone. Great experience!

David Polar Express has been my Go-To-Guys for the last nine years. I call them every year for a heating and cooling checkup because they show up when they say they will, always have friendly techs who speak the honest truth, and their office staff treats customers with respect. They have never recommended a service that was not necessary purely to benefit their bottom line, and they have earned my trust in that regard. Reynaldo performed today’s annual AC check up, and, after a thorough inspection, he covered all the details about my system, which was operating at 100%. No additional work needed to be performed, simply because they have been maintaining the system properly. A few years ago I had a problem which they rapidly diagnosed, replaced a critical component that had failed, and executed the job flawlessly, and at a fair price. If you live where it gets very, very hot in the summer, have your system checked by Polar Express at least once a year. You’ll save money when your system runs efficiently, especially considering the cost of electricity in SoCal, and you’ll be less likely to experience one of those catastrophic failures that always seem to happen at the worst possible times.
Reynaldo Marc was very professional and did a thorough job. He was easy to talk to and very clear in his description of what he was doing and reporting the results of his testing. I’m glad he came.
Marc Adrian is extremely helpful and professional. He always arrives on time and is very polite and respectful.
