New review below: I have used Polar Express for years for my annual maintenance. However, it was time for a new system. Everyone at this company goes above and beyond to help. Scheduling appointments is easy and they work with you to accommodate your schedule. This was an all day job and these guys were amazing. Very professional, answered my questions and explained the process as they went. My new system is awesome. I highly recommend Polar Express for all your HVAC needs. Update 02/12/25: Since google won't let me post a separate review! Justin arrived to do the annual tune-up on my heating system. He was very friendly and professional and recommended cleaning on a couple parts and provided photos to show me why. Also installed a clean air defense system which I'll review later. I will continue to contact Polar Express for all my HVAC needs.

I got a lot of quotes but chose Polar Express because of their labor warranty, knowledge of rebates, reviews, pricing package, maintenance plan and professionalism of David and the sales team. Justin Justin was great! He explained everything very thoroughly and showed me pictures so I could understand exactly what needed to be repaired. Bonus points - he explained things in a manner that a non-HVAC person like me could comprehend. Everything was cleaned up once the repair was complete. Justin We went with Polar Express after having issues with our HVAC system that the HVAC company our builder used couldn't find the issue after multiple calls. Justin arrived early, identified the issue right away, and fixed it. Noticed an immediate and dramatic difference in the heat being produced. Glad I went with Polar Express.
