Quick and persistent, unfortunately the valve couldn’t be repaired completely, stopped the “drips” but the valve was still defective. UPDATE: Plumber returned and replace the valve again, all is well; no longer leaking or too loose.
She was able to tell me what the problem was and direct me on what to do next. Very pleasant and professional. I will be using you again in the near future.
