Nick After several years of smelling gas and being told everything was fine by another HVAC company and even the fire department, Arlinghaus was able to find a small gas leak in our furnace. The area of the leak was allowing it to be active even during summer months, blowing through our home without our knowing. Although this was disturbing and scary, we will forever be grateful to our technician Trnon, with Arlinghaus, for his professionalism, being thorough and finding the leak before it got worse or caused real damage to us and our home. I am grateful to know that good customer service still exists. Arlinghaus will continue to be our go to HVAC company and we will never hesitate to refer them to friends and family.
Jared was very professional, and friendly, and explained what he was doing, showed me various parts of our system, and provided instructions for changing the furnace filter and humidifier filter. We are very pleased with our service and Jared.
Jared Jeffrey Cook came out yesterday and did the upcoming summer maintenance on my heating/air conditioner. He did a great job thoroughly checking everything. He added A/C Renew as a preventative measure. He is very professional but also very nice. He explains everything in a way that I understand. Absolutely awesome. Able to fix an issue with the gas line on the spot even though they were called for something else. Their scheduling communication and customer service is 5 stars. They have the responsiveness and team size of a big company but the customer service, responsiveness and general attitude of a mom and pop place!

He did a thorough inspection of the system, pointed out the potential problem areas, and provided a "ballpark" cost to fix each of those. That's what I wanted and that's what I got.
Steve Andy Caudill and his team did an excellent job diagnosing the problem causing sewer line backup at my place. They remedied the block, and then devised a more permanent solution, involving replacing broken clay pipe. The job was supervised extremely well. The price was fair. Andy explained all steps very clearly. I am quite pleased with Arlinghaus plumbing. They run a professional, reliable business. I highly recommend them!
