Had a broken hose bib replaced because it would not turn off and then asked to have a second hose bib inspected and it was determined that it needed to be replaced also. David L. was efficient, quick, and was focused on doing a good job by ensuring that an existing problem with the original installation was corrected. This is the third time in less than a year that we have used Scout Plumbing to address our plumbing needs.

David This is my 3rd time using Scout plumbing. it's like Brandon's my own personal plumber. I like his quiet but informative personality. I ask questions and he tolerates me. I do not often leave reviews but I will do it when excellent service is given. I had several repairs done on my master toilet for what appeared to be a simple leak and shaky, unbalanced toilet. The company contracted with builder (Horizon Plumbing) repaired the same issue at least 3 times after my home was built and then a 4th time with a different provider not long ago. Well I contacted Scout Plumbing and the technician was knowledgeable, professional and on time. But the proof is in the pudding! No more leaks or shaky toilet! Great job to Scout Plumbing! Customer service also excellent.

Brandon David was the plumber who came. He wasn’t pictured in your gallery. He satisfactorily did the plumbing work but having to move the toilet necessitated us having to retile the bathroom. He tried a patch but it looks worse than just leaving it for repair.
Brandon did a great job! He was very kind and respectful. He answered all my questions and checked my water heater due to the fact that he noticed my water wasn’t hot. He didn’t find a reason but it was hot before he left. It’s still a mystery. I have recommended Scout Plumbing to my friends. Sophie Langlinais. #UNKNOWN#

They were out the next morning after me calling them. Jonathan was amazing. He quickly explained all of my options and showed me where everything was and what was going on. We took the easy way out and instead of repairing something we just went with a new hot water heater. Jonathan had it installed within a couple of hours from the time he arrived.
