Every since I called Waldrop almost 2 years ago on that cold night they have been wonderful!! The staff is what makes Waldrop worth staying with for a long long time. I haven't meet an installer yet that wont give it to you straight 100 percent.and they don't play around they wotk to get things fixed in 1 or 2 days!
They came out on Saturday and didn't charge us extra fees. Customer service called to let us know Tech was on the way and got a txt with tracking. Randy was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. I really appreciate when workers wear boots covers and a mask in my home. I already plan on having them come out for yearly service visits

Waldrop had the best customer service I've seen. Very prompt with coming out to check my AC unit. Offered window units for me to use until my replacement was complete. Was willing to do what was necessary to get my AC back working especially with me having a 5 week old newborn. This company is highly recommended by me hands down

Very professional and communicated all findings with me. When my thermostat shut off, he came back and found that it was the fuse, replaced it and everything is working fine now. Very happy and would recommend not only the company but Randy as well.

Bruce and his crew did a excellent job of rewiring the unit. My question is for the original installation crew. Why they did not do what was necessary to pass the Greenville County inspection?

Jamie came out today to fix my leaky shower. He found the problem and called his supervisor and they fixed it free. It was just out of warranty but he said Delta replaced parts. He did not have to tell me. I would have paid the price of replacement. I have used Waldrops before several times and they will continue to get all my plumbing problems.
Service was on time, fixed completely in one visit. Also signed up for annual service agreement. I am very relieved to know that their service is available to me for my plumbing and HVAC needs. Would highly recommend!
I am very knowledgeable of Waldrops heating and AC services as I have used Waldrop services for many years. Recently Waldrop installed a new AC system and a new heating system in my home including a humidifier system. All service techs were professional, knowledgeable of their trade and extremely courteous. I also found the sales representative and the field supervisor competent and professional. They went out of their way to make the experience as accommodating as possible. I will continue to use Waldrop for all my home maintenance needs for years to come.
