I cannot say enough good things about this service and Alex in particular. We were told by our previous company of 30 years that the system was bad. Alex simply checked it over, changed a couple filters and pumped it up with a couple gallons of fluid. Running perfectly. When we do need to replace, Hellas will be the company.
Except for the first person on the answering service, Ourania was fabulous and she sent a technician over right away. He had to go up onto the roof, but AC was fixed quickly. Thank you
Hellas installed my geothermal heat pump system. They were very professional and did a good job. They’ve stood by their work. Been very responsive to any issues and mmm remind me when regular service calls are needed. They also show up on time.
Hellas Air Temp did an excellent job replacing my outdoor A/C compressor. They installed a Carrier compressor at a reasonable cost. Cool relief after the hottest days of the year in Connecticut!
