Payton Ozzy came with Assistant to inspect potential leak. None was found. He conducted a review of all plunbing items for free. After dealing with plumbers not returning calls or having no availability for weeks, it was nice to get a quick appointment with this company. The guys who were sent to us were professional and polite, and they fixed our problem quickly. I omitted a star because the company clearly pushes their plumbers to up-sell. The guys weren't pushy, but they discussed their "diamond club" membership and enzyme drain cleaner, and the free inspection we took them up on recommended work in the thousands of dollars.
I was in crisis mode. I have 3 kids that needed baths so they could go to school. Mr.Sloan with Steve Huff Plumbing was at my house within 2 hours of my initial call. This man was very knowledgable about what he was dealing with and knew exactly what to do to fix it. He explained everything as he was doing it and had it fixed in no time. The next time I have a problem I will be calling Steve Huff Plumbing!!!

Charlie was here on time. My 'problem' seemed to have corrected itself before he arrived, however, he checked the pipes which required that he move the commode. When there wasn't a clug discovered, he reset the commode, installed new parts in the tank. All done efficiently, no mess. Very professional, friendly , as he was when he also was at my home in August to work on installing a new hot water heater.
