SHP has always been a big supporter and partner with Kitchen of HOPE, a local soup kitchen in downtown Kingsport. Today was no exception when I received a product donation from them. Chip was the behind-the-desk person who was extremely pleasant and helpful. Thank you Chip and SHP.

I could not have asked for better service. I enjoy the advertising and marketing from the company. That's what lead me to call Steve Huff. I was greeted with an overly happy voice and a great scheduling experience. The technician took the time to introduce himself and what he was going to do as well as introducing himself to my cat and dog. Gave me options to choose from and never pressured me to uncharge or do anything that I wasn't comfortable with. Professional work and a great company!
Cody Brenden and Dave were the technicians that remedied our water leak. They called to let us know they were on their way. They were very professional , neat , and friendly. They found our leak and repaired it and informed us on the progress of the repair. They were very professional and we want to let you know they are an asset to your company. Great customer service, they were able to get someone out the same day I called with a leak. Brendan was great! He was able to get everything fixed for us and made sure to explain everything that was going on. He even went beyond and got my husband a quote to upgrade some parts that tend to be an issue long term and tried to find our exact fixture to replace the old one with. Very happy with both the result and the customer service.

Payton Josh and David did an excellent job installing our whole home water purification system. After he had completed the installation, he explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. They kept us informed of everything that was going on!!

We had our semi-annual service on our heating and air conditioning from Steve Huff and they will be coming back next week to level our heat pump on one corner to extend the life of that unit.
