I can't believe the professionalism of this company! In a world driven by greed it's rare to find a company that puts it's customers first! Chris did a wonderful job with our repairs and even took it a step further by noticing other problems we had and came up with a solution.. I wish I could give this place and Chris 10 stars!..I will ONLY use Osbourne plumbing for all my needs from now on!

I've been using Osbourne for over 7 years at two different establishments. They are always professional, timely and thorough. They are not the cheapest or the highest priced in the area but in my opinion they are the best.

Fredrik I was very pleased with his workmanship and effectively resolving my problem, a leaking two-handle faucet. The overall charge for his service was $304, and finally after a 10% discount, $284. His service consisted of isolating the water supply, disassembling the two handle faucet, replacing the new cartridge's, and turning the water supply back on. No problems were experienced during the performance of this work. I provided the repair parts. The total repair job took about 15-20 minutes. In my opinion, the cost of $284 was totally out of line and unreasonable, i.e. way too expensive.
Emergency service call to unclog drain. Fredrik arrived quickly and was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. These folks are responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Great Service!
Wow! Couldnt have found the better licensed plumbing company, and I had a referral about them. They answered all my silly questions, (yes Im female) and had to go pick up parts for the job and finished within their allotted time. Frederick is top chef and very professional, informative, and very respectful. I will certainly call them when I ever have any other issues. They call ahead so you know theyre close by. Actually I was very happy with each personnel member I spoke to, including Angela. On a scale of 1-10 they are by far a Big 10! So dont hesitate to give them a call. Im so happy that I did! MJS.

Found out we had no hot water the hard way. Taking a shower and washing the dye out of my hair. Yikes! Actually my home warranty company called Osborne and I'm so glad they did. The two gentlemen they sent to my house were polite, neat and professional. They addressed the problem and I'm happy to say that "hot showers" are now the order of the day at my house.
