Daniel Accessible was super in every way. The crew arrived on time; and they worked hard all day. The wheel chair lift will save us from getting injured trying to maneuver our son up and down a ramp. With the lift it will be easier for egress and ingress. Jessica and Dave totally explained everything to me; and they were superb. We have a lot of respect, admiration, and gratitude for Accessible. They were totally professional and kind. The job was done right and it was done in superior fashion. Jessica, Dave, and the techs are super. After watching David, Jason, John, and Isaiah at work, watching the care and expertise with which they performed the work (in our case, installation of a ramp leading into the garage, installation of cabinets in a bedroom, and converting a bathtub area into a roll-in shower) we quickly realized that Accessible Systems was an excellent choice. Our family had a wonderful experience with Accessible Systems! My mother was discharged from a rehab center in a wheelchair and we needed a way to get her in and out of the house safely. I had a great experience with Accessible Systems. I worked with Kate on my stairlift and then she let me know that I could get funding through the VA to do more home modifications. I was able to get money for my shower remodel, now I'm able to roll my wheelchair up to the shower and sit in it where I couldn't before. My home is easier to get around now. The entire team was great to work with, friendly and respectful. They cleaned up after the job and I'm so happy with the work.
While I was in the hospital my husband had the floor to ceiling pole installed after the physical therapist recommended I needed for help getting in and out of the bed. Also helped me from falling again. This worked out great. This company installed very quickly and professionally.
I could not be any more pleased with my new chairlift. My children were concerned I would fall going up and down to the basement where my washer and dryer was located and my excess to the backyard via my walkout patio door. I recently had surgery and was quite safe getting my clothes washed and dried without struggling to get back upstairs with the clean laundry. Jon and Kate are both outstanding and were able to get the chairlift installed while my daughter was available to help me and coordinate the process.
