Joshua was very professional. He promptly diagnosed my plumbing issue and gave me several options to choose from in fixing it. He ensured to wear shoe covers inside the home and he cleaned up after his work was finished.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Canady's Heating, Air, and Plumbing to install a new HVAC unit, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided by Zachary Bruner, Timothy Martin, and Chris Myers. From start to finish, their professionalism and dedication to customer service were evident. Firstly, they arrived right on time, which I greatly appreciated. Before beginning the installation, they took the time to explain every step of the process to me, ensuring I understood what would be done. This transparency set a reassuring tone for the entire project. I was given a specific completion time, and true to their word, the work was finished on schedule. Once the installation was completed, Zachary took the time to explain the operation of my new thermostat, making sure I was comfortable with how to use it. Additionally, they took the time to explain a bit about my warranty, which gave me further peace of mind.

I use Canadys for my HVAC servicing and have been pleased with the techs. Today, Devin was able to get my heat back up and running before the worst of our weather moves in. His is a 5 star review; efficient, knowledgeable, polite and personable. The 4 stars is for the glitch in/lack of communication from the office over the delay of the part. A 3 to 5 day estimate of final repairs turned into an 11 day wait with little outreach from the customer service department. I will continue to use Canady and would recommend them, though.

Really enjoyed working with Canady’s to replace our old HVAC system as it was unlikely to make it through another summer. Kevin was so helpful and patient in explaining his recommendations during the estimate, and Brandon was so nice and clearly passionate about his job when he explained how the system worked after installation. I just had a complete HVAC system installed in my home, the lead and his technician showed up at eight and was done with a few hours. They were all very professional and knowledgeable, I didn’t know they were here. When I first arrived, I met their lead Brandon Prosser and his team members. They all shook my hand and Brandon proceeded to tell me everything they were going to be doing today step by step. The rest of the team Wade Gerch, Aaron Conley, and Matt Rainy very professional technicians and they worked like a well oiled machine, I am extremely satisfied with the team members that you sent to my house to take care of this mission, and I will be recommending you to my friends.
