Carl Youney from Benjamin Franklin plumbing came out to help us with a leaky outside faucet. He called before arriving, which we greatly appreciated, and arrived on time. Carl listened to our concerns and quickly resolved the leak. He was extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for everything, Carl! Patrick Patrick had a long day with setbacks due to water cut off issues but patiently got our old hot water heater out and a new tankless unit installed. Bennie lent a helping hand as well as Aaron to get us back with hot water. Can't thank them enough! Five star service!

Aaron and Ronnie Lee were AMAZING!!! They would not leave until they got to the root of the matter. Pipes made a thumping/ pulsating. Previously, we did have other techs ( who are mo longer there) replace the pipes underneath the house, later the sound began. Techs came back, couldn' t figure it out however, when Aaron and Ronnie came out. they were very profeesional, curteous and actually stayed until it was figured out. Going forward, I would definitely recommend these men yo get the job done! They also take pix of what they have done which I wished the other techs would have complied. Highly Recommend them!!!

Patrick I misunderstood quote, according to my wife. The quote was to replace bath tub faucet. I thought quote was to just replace springs and seals in faucet. The faucet is old but not ready to replace. The guys were very nice and interactive. I misunderstood quote.

Patrick Joel was GREAT! Was early, but that's always a good thing here in SC. But once my wife got home to let him in, he went right to trying to fix the issue at hand. When it was determined that couldn't be done, we all worked together to come up with a new game plan and get it fixed.
