3/26/25 Another wonderful install, Tyler Cox and Jonathon came same day, gave me a super competitive estimate. They took off to get materials for rv hookup and did an amazing job. Clean and professional as expected. Very respectful gentlemen. Highly recommend this crew. If you didn’t know, you can request by name who you want on your property (I will keep requesting them) Oh my sweet Jesus, Tyler is such a blessing. I’m almost hesitant to leave a review because I don’t want anybody else to take him but I know that he cannot live off of me alone since I don’t have electrical issues every day of the week. Needless to say, I am beyond satisfied, every electrical issue is his from now on. Thank you so much

Today I met the Sparky, Roberto, Cantu. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed two flood lights to be replaced, one in the front and one in the back. Previously, I wanted both of them to be in the back, but for some reason one of the floodlights in the back, it wasn't there anymore after the eleven years. So now it is a one in the front and one in the back replacement. In all with trees everywhere in rural Hawthorne, it worked out. Roberto, checked the equipment from the box for replacement. He checked my connections, and checked the electric switches, then did the replacement. Everything worked out wonderfully. I appreciate Roberto's personality. He's very people oriented. I felt very comfortable with him in his presence and because he knew what he was talking about! Yep, that part. Thanks Roberto

My tech was Tyler Cox. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. Our session went extremely well. He explained what my problem was and explained what my options were. He showed that he cared about my particular situation. It would be very hard to find a better service technician anywhere. His explanations reference codes and updates were down to earth and understood by a layman. I really appreciated his entire demeanor.
I had a problem with the appointment not being kept. Was scheduled for Tuesday 09, A.M. hours. Tech did not get there until 3:30PM. I called twice before that inquiring about the appointment. Someone told me they would call back with an update, which didn't happen. So instead of half my day being shot, my whole day was shot. I came really close to just cancelling the appointment. Mister Sparky needs to stay in touch with their customers, ESPECIALLY if there is a delay later than promised. I'm happy with the work, not happy with the personal communication. All your texts are useless if you can't be there when promised.
