Clint I couldnt ask for anything more than a good job at installing the lift. I wasnt at the house at the time if install but they explained it to my brother well enough that he should me how to use it. Ryan McClaskey was stand out guy compared to other vendors Ive talked to he was respectful honest and he didnt try to make me get extra stuff I didnt need Ive had quite a few vendors come out before I got in contact with Ryan and they were telling me quoting me like almost $15-$19k he didnt try to upswell me anything he just got me what I need for my situation the stair lift was perfect I couldnt be happier. The crew that came and did install did a good job cleaned up real good didnt leave a mess Accessible systems dallas is a real honest company that wont BS you and or upswell things you dont need

Clint My husband had a stroke 13 years ago leaving him paralyzed on his left side. I have been his care giver struggling to get him to and from the bed and bath and wheelchair. Our new lift has rescued us both from difficult transfers and allowed him to get in and out of our walk in tub for whirlpool therapy! Clint did a beautiful job installing and teaching. He cleaned up and protected the work area. He is amazing. Our salesman failed to specify when communicating when we ordered two motorized lifts that the bathroom lift was not remote controlled like our bedroom lift. Its easy to move but moves while getting husband into lift requires a second person to hold while putting him into lift. I recommend remote control for all lifts purchased. This item is worth having and is a blessing to all struggling with daily routines.
A great job done by him and it didn't take but about 2 weeks for him to complete and finish from the time we called and he got it all set up quick

UPDATE: Another easy and simple experience thus far with the installation of a hoyer lift track and the courtesy loan of the hoyer until mine gets in. Easy and simple experience - and was thrilled at the short amount of time it took both to do the install ( 2.5 hours!), and to get the whole thing ordered, produced and delivered. The crew was helpful and friendly. I was very concerned that I had let my heart get out in front of my head in making the decision to move forward with the stair lift, but I can tell already that it will help my loved one's quality of life (and mine!) immediately by allowing us to resume a more normal in-home set-up. Our master bedroom is upstairs and making us able to re-access it much more safely (after a month of improvising sleeping arrangements in our downstairs living room) will be a tremendous relief and blessing.

Kevin was exceptional! My wife could no longer use the stairs, I don't know what else we could have done. If people like Kevin were not here, to help. If I could say more about the man there would have to be more room to add for his character and willingness to go the extra ten miles to help a person in need. We are very happy with the installation of our stairlift! Clint was on time and fast with the process. He fully explained the details of the operation of the unit. They cleaned up the job site and left everything in good order. With all of our bedrooms upstairs, this decision will allow us to stay in our two-story home for many years to come.
Erik was our salesman and Clint was our installer. These gentlemen provided excellent service and the company provided a great product. We are very happy with our custom chair lift for our stairway.
