I scheduled a semi-annual HVAC system check a system checkup with Intelligent Design. The technician Ziggy was polite, respectful, and informative. He provided plenty of information, pictures, and explanations of the inspection. He gave a few recommendations for the system but he was not pushy about sales. The office staff who scheduled the call were very nice and responsive. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.
Johnny Guerrero great. He always goes out of his way to be helpful and explains what he is doing. He is a team player and excellent at what he does. I would highly recommend him.

We've used Intelligent Design for the past few years and have never been disappointed. Kyle, our Intelligent Design service tech, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He arrived when promised and was very thorough. He did a thorough check of our furnace. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Intelligent Design for AC/Heating services. Actually, it's the only company I'd recommend.
JP was professional and courteous throughout the visit. He within an hour of the call and fixed the issue quickly. He explained what the issue was with our AC and took the time to answer all the questions we had. Overall very happy with my experience.

Unable to find someone available for an unexpected loss of ac in 100+ degree summer heat, Intelligent Design sent Trey out asap and even though it was after dark, Trey called to verify he would be here in 20 minutes! He listened and responded professionally and cordially, repaired our ac and offered any further assistance, made professional suggestions to prevent this issue from re-occurring, and took care of our payment electronically, good job sirs!
Marty was friendly and knowledgeable. He throubleshooted & fixed my shower handle quick, and out of the door. Intelligence was prompt sending their technician in few hours to my door after first call, even at late night.
1. When you make a phone call to Intelligent Design, you immediately speak to a person. And on both occasions when I called them, I was greeted by a very helpful pleasant voice on the other end of the phone. No robo-voices, no long recorded menus to suffer through. 2. When their service man Josiah came to our house, my husband and I found him to be extremely polite and also respectful of our home, in that each time he entered our house he stopped to put on foot covering to protect our floors. When told he didnt need to do that, he still did. That impressed me because he held himself to his own standard, even if ours was a little lower. I considered that high-level professionalism. Josiah also communicated to us the work he was doing so we understood our Enviro water system better. Count us among Intelligent Designs very satisfied customers.
