Technician David was able to successfully troubleshoot the problem with our Lift master unit that was installed less than two years ago by Radford. He found the issue and got it fixed. Great guy with a great knowledge of garage doors. We would highly recommend Radford Garage Doors for new unit installation and/or service.

Just wanted to put this out there. If anyone needs garage door repair/replacement work, you can't go wrong with Ryan at Radford Garage Doors. I had an estimate from another company ( at nearly twice the price) but they said it would take 2 to 4 weeks. Ryan showed up, gave me an estimate, and when I asked him when he could do it, he said "Right now!" 45 minutes later he was on his way and I was one happy customer!

All I can say is John is the man! He came and cleaned the job up after it was left pretty filthy. He was literally on his hands and knees scrubbing the floor, and with a great attitude. He told me that all that mattered to him was our satisfaction. You can tell he really cares about his company, and his customers! After waiting several years(lol) for my door, he really left me feeling like I got my monies worth. If someone is upset, he should be your guy!
Radford doors does excellent work. They installed two roll up doors and also provided a yearly service. Couldnt be better.
