My garage door wouldn’t open. Called Right Track mid morning. They came out within 2 hours to look at the problem, left to go get the parts to replace the springs. Job was completed within a few hours. Very pleased with their same day service and the urgency to satisfy the customer. Would definitely refer them to anyone I know having garage door issues.
Our garage door was extremely noisy. Now it isn’t! Nate and Serge showed up on time, diagnosed what work needed to be done, gave us options, then efficiently complete the job at a reasonable price. Serge was at my house same day, and diagnosed my garage door not closing due to just needing an adjustment on closing strength? Anyway, The 10 second adjustment worked and he did it for no charge!! They are doing business the old-school way, and I for one appreciate that. I asked about new doors because I’m not liking the aesthetic of mine. He showed me a great app with an amazing selection Of door styles. Guess what I’ll be getting soon?
