Dustin The guys were diligent, timely and pleasant for roof-a-cide treatment. The owner came by to make sure everything was great. We had a small glitch, which was quickly addressed and fixed. After experiencing several subcontractors providing subpar service while renovating my hurricane-damaged home, working with Florida Southern Roofing was a breath of fresh air. Jr. was not only professional but also very knowledgeable. During his inspection of my roof before the repairs, he identified damage in areas of my home that other contractors had overlooked. His roof replacement team arrived even earlier than expected and worked diligently until they completed the first phase of the project. They were careful around my plants and, impressively, left the work area extremely neat—there was no cleanup needed on my part! Throughout the process, they were considerate and did not disturb me at all. Misty visited at the end of the job to help me understand the final inspection and payment process. There was no pressure or rush to add extra services. I am truly impressed. I highly recommend Florida Southern Roofing. They stand out as a cut above the rest.

Jesus I live at 1300 Auburn Cove Circle in Venice Florida. Florida Southern replaced the roofs in our community last month(April 2025). They were very professional, always available to answer any of our needs. Chris was always on site. His team of workers showed up everyday ready to sweat it out. When you hire a company and purchase an extended warranty, you never know what you’re gonna get or if they’ll really provide what they promised. We were fortunate enough to choose the best company and get the extended warranty from the shingle company. After receiving a four-point inspection prior to the sale of our home, we needed a repair that was under warranty. The homeowner insurance company required very specific repair and documentation along with the reinspection Florida southern roofing. Specifically, Mary and Max pulled out all the stops and expedited everything in time for the sale of our home. I cannot express enough how happy we were with this company and their employees customer service. I’ve been disappointed previously with several companies and several warranties.
