James replaced the mesh in our screen door this morning. He was professional, personable, called when he was 30 minutes out, arrived on time. James is an asset to your organization!
We were very fortunate to have Jovani Garcia install new showers (one with a tub) in two of our bathrooms. Jovani was very personable, knowledgeable and he did an excellent job in both bathrooms. He left the area clean after the job was finished and took the time to explain what products to use and not use on our new showers. We would highly recommend him and feel Newpro is very fortunate to have Jovani employed by their company. Unfortunately we did have a problem with a leak caused by the installation of the plumbing. Newpro did fix the problem immediately. Lucas Mello patched the hole in our kitchen ceiling (the plumber had to cut the ceiling to fix the leak), repainted the ceiling and matched the scroll pattern that was our original ceiling. Lucas did an excellent job and we were very happy with his work.
4 years later and I still love my new shower. I wish I had a before picture but the before was soooo ugly it probably broke the camera! I had an old tub that was chipped on the bottom, no drain hardware. the shower walls only went 3/4 up the wall with noticeable nail holes at the top! What Newpro did was install a quality shower pan and new walls (I picked the faux marble pattern) The new shower walls go floor to ceiling, they fixed the wall behind the shower. The shower pan is top quality, no sagging. And best part of all, it was finished in just a day and a half! Their plumber even installed my new toilet for me. And, best of all, 4 years later I am still as happy with the product and workmanship as I was the 1st day it was completed!
Alex was very neat and efficient. He told me what time he would arrive, each day, and he was always on time. Left the bathroom clean after every day and at the finish. He was very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you,Alex

Al Romano was the technician that came out to repair our worn grout around our tub/shower install. He did an excellent job and made it look brand new. NEWPRO did the install 3 years ago and did a great job. We understand grout wears through use over time. Also it was under warranty.
Very satisfied with the serviceman Greg who came to our home today. He was professional, polite and friendly. He did a great job with the repairs and I highly recommend him.
Our one day job was just completed and the men working here did a great job and were efficient and polite. A tub was removed and a shower installed in its place. Kenny G answered our questions and the bathroom and work area were left clean. We won't use it for a couple of days but we expect that the good customer service will continue if needed.
Larry has been to our house a few times to fix an issue we were having with the door lock. He has been great each time he has come to our house. He’s been very fast, efficient and friendly each time.
Alex was very professional and fixed the problem in a few minutes. I was very happy with the outcome.

Schyler and Reed did a great job. The worked steadily for six hours. They were very respectful or our old house. They even fashioned the right supports and reinstalled window ACunits. Best of all they left the house and yard cleaner than before they came. NewPro is a great product. Schyler and Reed are a great team for NewPro.
We were very happy with Alex, Rick & the electricians who came to our house to remove our walk in tub & replaced it with a walk in shower. They were all very respectful, courteous & hard working especially this wk with the horrible heat wave.. We ere told it would take 2 to 3 days & it was done in 2 1/2 days.They left our house spotless. You can put this on Google as I was not able to do that. James, my technician yesterday was great and he went above and beyond to fix the problem. However, since there was a problem and it wasn't fixed the first couple of times text came out here, this is where I would have doubts about sending business your way. Again this is no reflection on James, he was wonderful.
James He did a great job fixing the outer "window panel". Hopefully no more rain will get into the house It was cold out but he did his job and kept me informed.
James The NewPro team was professional, knowledgeable, and committed to quality. They were great with communicating throughout the installation process. Arrived on time each day and were highly focused. I would definitely use them again for other projects.
