Nice job considering my home is about 45 years old, has some settling, and is not exactly square which doesn't make it easy for the installer.

I had NEWPRO install a new bathroom. Jovani Garcia was very professional and did amazing work! When it came the sales team make sure you get every detail in writing. I was told over and over again that my first bill would be 6 months after install for some deal they could offer. I got my first bill 3 weeks later which was due a week after. I contacted the sales rep and is acting as if he has no idea what I am talking about.

James replaced the mesh in our screen door this morning. He was professional, personable, called when he was 30 minutes out, arrived on time. James is an asset to your organization!

We were very fortunate to have Jovani Garcia install new showers (one with a tub) in two of our bathrooms. Jovani was very personable, knowledgeable and he did an excellent job in both bathrooms. He left the area clean after the job was finished and took the time to explain what products to use and not use on our new showers. We would highly recommend him and feel Newpro is very fortunate to have Jovani employed by their company. Unfortunately we did have a problem with a leak caused by the installation of the plumbing. Newpro did fix the problem immediately. Lucas Mello patched the hole in our kitchen ceiling (the plumber had to cut the ceiling to fix the leak), repainted the ceiling and matched the scroll pattern that was our original ceiling. Lucas did an excellent job and we were very happy with his work.

4 years later and I still love my new shower. I wish I had a before picture but the before was soooo ugly it probably broke the camera! I had an old tub that was chipped on the bottom, no drain hardware. the shower walls only went 3/4 up the wall with noticeable nail holes at the top! What Newpro did was install a quality shower pan and new walls (I picked the faux marble pattern) The new shower walls go floor to ceiling, they fixed the wall behind the shower. The shower pan is top quality, no sagging. And best part of all, it was finished in just a day and a half! Their plumber even installed my new toilet for me. And, best of all, 4 years later I am still as happy with the product and workmanship as I was the 1st day it was completed!

Alex was very neat and efficient. He told me what time he would arrive, each day, and he was always on time. Left the bathroom clean after every day and at the finish. He was very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you,Alex

Al Romano was the technician that came out to repair our worn grout around our tub/shower install. He did an excellent job and made it look brand new. NEWPRO did the install 3 years ago and did a great job. We understand grout wears through use over time. Also it was under warranty.

Very satisfied with the serviceman Greg who came to our home today. He was professional, polite and friendly. He did a great job with the repairs and I highly recommend him.

Our one day job was just completed and the men working here did a great job and were efficient and polite. A tub was removed and a shower installed in its place. Kenny G answered our questions and the bathroom and work area were left clean. We won't use it for a couple of days but we expect that the good customer service will continue if needed.
