Once again, great experience with Safe Electric! Adam went over all my options to ensure that the install would go smoothly and set expectations for any follow-up (I can do three small areas of drywall repair) keeping any post-install work to a minimum. They worked with the hardware I had already picked out and got everything set up and working beautifully. Most of us balk when faced with the price of a home repair/upgrade, but skilled work is worth the professional finish, and peace of mind. Add to this the friendly and informative service provided by their technicians, Safe Electric is my go-to for electric work. Update 12/2025: Had them out for a third time since AEP found my outdoor power box pulling away from the house due to settling. Safe Electric came out on Thursday to inspect, were upfront about the costs and what the risks were, and managed to get repair coordinated with AEP for Monday, and got everything done and approved ASAP. Price was not cheap (as they had warned me) but a neighbor shared that his box had done the same and the damage fried all non-GCFI electronics in his house with a power surge so this was definitely a small pinch compared to having to get a new furnace/AC/everything. Once again very pleased and can't recommend Safe Electric enough!
Safe Electric goes above and beyond on everything. Not only will we use them for all electrical work moving forward, but I am recommending them to everyone I know. Had them in again today, problem fixed fast and clean. Had them in again for a new problem (it is an old house), they offered three solutions with no pressure on a decision. When we made the decision they were back out and had the work completed quickly and thoroughly. Turns out they do plumbing now too! And their plumbers are just as thorough and professional. This is a great company with which to work.
