We had our mini splits serviced today by Ben (installed about a year ago). Ben was on time, very polite, and took the extra time to explain some of features on the remote that I was struggling with... thank you Ben! This has been an incredible company to work with!
This weekend, Bryan, from Control Point Plumbing made a house call to repair my air conditioner. He had to come both on Saturday evening & Sunday morning. After taking everything apart, he showed me where the problem was & explained that he could not fix it without specific parts. I asked the cost & he gave me two numbers: one to fix the immediate problem & one to do a major overhaul. The latter was more expensive than the former. I asked him what HE would advise if I were his mother. His answer was honest & fair. Once more, Control Point proved to me that they are the best! Thank you, Bryan.

They professionally performed the necessary load calculations, determined the best combination of equipment to install, completed all the necessary paperwork for a Mass Save interest free loan for the project, followed through with concise installation over a two day period, and provided expert assistance for submittal of Mass Save and Next Zero rebates totaling over $8600! From their precise in-depth estimate to the timely installation followed up by a meticulously clean work area upon completion of work, they have been a pleasure to work with toward energy efficiency gains in our household. The entire team at control point were wonderful! Angela, Dan P, Joel O, were great. The installer Chris C, Evan, was very helpful explaining the new system to us. Kenny B came out for a service call, very nice, knowledgeable.
Marty and Will were part of the Control Point team that installed 2 mini-splits and a heat pump with an air handler (big job)! My wife and I were VERY impressed with Will, Marty, and Josh and the work they did. They were polite, friendly, helpful, neat, and worked efficiently and hard. As far as we can tell, they did excellent work (the system was just installed). From the time we contacted Control Point through the initial proposal(and subsequent revisions with Angel, who really knew his stuff but could also admit when he didn’t know something, and then looked up the answer!) to the final go-through, this company was a class act. The Control Point bid was the most expensive we got on the project, but in this case, we got what we paid for - an excellent installation, top-of-the-line Mitsubishi equipment, and a 12 year warranty on equipment and labor. The warranty is what sold us, initially but we would definitely call them for future projects. Brett came to the house a few weeks after the installation to check airflow and tweak a few things. Like everyone else working for this company, he was polite, friendly, and knew what he was doing. He identified a couple of very minor issues which I am confident will get fixed.

I highly recommend this company for heating (new furnace installed in October), plumbing and any electrical work. It is one stop shopping and they are only 4 minutes down the round and they stand by their work. I will be using them whenever the need arises. This is my first time using Control Point Mechanical and I can’t say enough good things about them. The professionalism and competency of the group that came to maintain my A/C unit and install my new furnace were outstanding. Hats off to Freddy, Rob, Josh, Hunter and of course Kenny and Angel. Fredy Robert was superb. He arrived on time. I thought I would need a new garbage disposal, but instead he unclogged it and then showed me how to do it myself. He helped me with my gas fireplace & showed me how to replace the batteries after tugging the battery holder out where I could reach it. We found that the previous plumber did NOT put any batteries in there at all! No wonder I could not turn it on remotely!! Control Point Plumbing will always get my business in the future!
