JC&C has performed a great service to my home after the destruction of hurricane Beryl! I saw one of their trucks in my neighborhood and jotted down the number. Their logo stated “Help is Here” , 713-ROOFING. Israel was who came to my home to obtain information. He made a great first impression. Their team is very professional and neat with the work that was performed. My family is very pleased with the beautiful new roof and fence that was replaced. The owner, Mr. Christian is very easy to talk to, replies to texts and calls, and thoroughly answers questions, and explains the different kinds of brand of shingles and their warranties. He does not take advantage of his customers and will give recommendations according to the approved amount by the insurance. He is also willing to speak with the adjuster if needed to help with the claim. He is very flexible with changing dates as needed. The Installation went smoothly for 2 days. He also sent his best people to take care of the interior of my house which incurred some damage. He even included areas and provided other service that were not paid for by the insurance. Will definitely use their service again!

I was very pleased with the entire process working with JC&C Roofing during the replacement of my roof. Christian came to our home to assess the job, explain their process and discuss their customer service related business philosophy. He came back again to give us several alternatives using different grades of shingles and discuss the advantages of each. Once we made our choice, the crew and materials arrived 2 days later. The house and landscape was draped for protection and the job was completed in just over 2 days. The yard was completely cleaned up and they even came back a few days later to power wash the driveway and sidewalk. They are very professional and they do a great job. Very punctual and professional

From start to finish this was a great experience for a first-time home owner who knew nothing of the process of getting a roof prepared much less installed. Customer service was amazing. Walked me through the process. She helped me with what to do with my homeowners insurance. She was patient thorough and clear which I appreciated because I knew about nothing. Christian came out explained the process walk me through what he would do what was going to be used how it would be done and he did it. There is one bad review I read and I understand why. He does top rate work. If you're looking for someone to cut corners or patch jobs this is not the company for you.

My family and I were very pleased with the way Christian help us throughout the entire process. From the financing all the way to the end process of power washing the entire house. He answered all questions and helped us understand that a roof is more then just install when done correctly. Christian and his crew did an amazing job on our 3-story town home. From the estimate process, mobilization, execution, to clean-up everything was done in a professional manner. I am very particular, but I can't find anything to critique! While they were working, I was updated with over 50 pictures of the progress. Prior to this job I had never seen a picture of my roof. Not only did they do a great job on the installation of the shingles, the also made sure to educate me and show me where they sealed all the vents that were not correctly sealed previously. After the work was complete, they even came by to pressure wash my driveway. It is great to have a memorable contractor experience when I have had so many that were not. Thanks again JC&C roofing.
