Nick Layne was polite and efficient.!He asked if he could use the elevator and did so to take the heavy toilet upstairs. He explained what he was doing when it mattered. And at the end he gave me a demonstration of how the new toilet worked. He was pleasant and able to answer my questions.?

Cole and Adam confirmed that there were no pipes leaking, supporting our suspicion that the problem was a toilet bowl overflow. They made arrangements for Dr. HVAC to deal with the heat pump, which was beyond their scope of work. They repaired an annoying toilet problem which wasn't on our original agenda when we called for service. They gave us good advice about eventually replacing the toilet.

Overall really great experience. Kim in Customer Service was so friendly and helpful and made the process super easy. We had two different technicians Daniel and Mark and they were both clean, on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend this company enough. We will definitely use them in the future any time we need services they offer.
