Angelo was super. He fixed everything I requested and reassured me that what I was concerned about was fine. He prepared my house for winter.

Steve was super and was careful as he and the men had to move several items to get to the vents. . Derek added the sink drain cleaning after checking my air conditioner and cleaning out the dryer vent which was behind the washer. Marvelous and thorough jobs. I greatly appreciate the special care of my home functions all in one day! Chris came and repaired my toilet leak and outdoor faucet leak. I greatly appreciate the time he took to complete each project with a new, efficient technology.

Highly recommend Encore Plumbing we use them all the time. They are great and very knowledgeable about what they do they get in there and get the job done as quickly as they can very efficient. We also use them through our business and we will keep using them great customer service.

Number one - I like the people. Ive been using Encore for a number of years and its a great family business with good, honest values and fair pricing. I know Derek who is great and very knowledgeable - and recently met his dad Craig who started the business. I had my HVAC system replaced today (May 16) with Adrian as the lead tech and Eric and Nathan as his crew. They were all amazing, worked very hard and respected my home leaving everything in perfect condition. Since Ive managed commercial property for many years, Im quite fussy with vendors - but Encore would be hard to beat. I highly recommend them for residential plumbing and HVAC needs!!
