Gabriel Fernandez did a very thorough tuneup on my air conditioning and heating system. This is the second time Gabriel has done work for me and I have been satisfied both times. With Encore, I never have to worry if I’m going to get good service. I have found all of their technicians to be very competent and pleasant. Thank you Gabriel and Encore.
Angelo provided outstanding service. His quality of work was nothing but outstanding. While he was unable to fix the water leak on the spot, he identified the root cause and provided a fix plan. Looking forward to having him return to finish up the work.
Angelo I've used Encore Plumbing in the past and called them back to assist with a behind the wall leak in one of my bathroom showers. Angelo was the lead technician and I was very pleased with his service. He arrived promptly, was very professional and knowledgeable of in identifying the issue. He explained everything clearly. He did checked the air conditioner well being and explained,though to be honest of the terms i have no idea..but my aircondtioner is working fine so i guess it's good..he was very professional and nice..will recommend for sure..
Gabriel Yes i do recommend their service,Gabriel came in time,did whatever job need to be done,went up to the ceiling to check and diagnosed,my diagnosis not that great,went for membership when he offered me which i tried,think it was a good deal,Gabriel was respectful and think he did a good job...never hurt to try their service,esp with their specials right now..air was running good..

Gabriel Both workers were great fast friendly but on the invoice I needed that they did a AC tuneup and that it had a 20° difference as the tech told me please forward an invoice showing that as I need it for my realtor, but your guys were great and that was my mother-in-law’s house and I will most definitely use you on mine. Anthony Once again Encore proves they were the right choice for our thankless system. Today's service was a periodic maintenance to clean the system of deposits that would develop from our municipal water. They scheduled around my schedule with excellent communication and follow-up. Chris sent text with ETA and was right on time. He explained the service he would do and what the purpose was in detail. No rush to get started and leave. He genuinely wanted to make sure I knew the how and why if the periodic maintenance. He then got busy about it and gave me a timeline that was accurate. He tolerated our dogs barking and shared about his pets while the flushing process went on. Chris is a very intelligent and customer oriented guy. And he has a big heart for animals. All around good encounter once again with Encore. Great company with integrity.

Chris Angelo and Dillon did a great job replacing our water heater in the garage. They showed up on time and their work was quick. They explained exactly what was going to be done and showed us all the work they did. Afterwards they did complementary house “peace of mind safety check” which included checking all water valves and house water pressure. Very affordable and professional we appreciate their work and will definitely use them again if needed and refer to others.

Number one - I like the people. Ive been using Encore for a number of years and its a great family business with good, honest values and fair pricing. I know Derek who is great and very knowledgeable - and recently met his dad Craig who started the business. I had my HVAC system replaced today (May 16) with Adrian as the lead tech and Eric and Nathan as his crew. They were all amazing, worked very hard and respected my home leaving everything in perfect condition. Since Ive managed commercial property for many years, Im quite fussy with vendors - but Encore would be hard to beat. I highly recommend them for residential plumbing and HVAC needs!!
