Pat Our air conditioning quit on us around 4 pm on a Saturday. Called for a technician and within an hour and a half, Garth Lisman was at our door. He did the inspection on the unit and gave us the bad news that the compressor had died. He discussed our options, replace the compressor or replace the whole unit for a few dollars more. We agreed to a full replacement, he checked the supply and found that the unit we needed was in stock and could be installed on the Monday. Garth was charming, honest and had a great sense of humor. Very happy with the service he provided and we really appreciated how quickly things got done.
10/30/2022 Duane Burns/Owner I purchased a new A/C unit from A/C Warehouse on 08/22/2022, my 3 rd A/C unit from A/C warehouse. When the unit was installed I was in the hospital and could not approve or inspect the installation. My understanding at the time of purchase was that the 4 filter box and the UV light would be duplicated on the new unit, but that was not done. I thought I might be able to live with this change, but after a couple months my wife and I are suffering from allergies. I had the 4 filter box and UV light installed to prevent allergies. My wife has lung cancer and I have COPD, so I have to do everything I can to provide the best air quality I can. The proposal notes the filter box should have been transferred. I am hoping you can help me resolve my air quality problem. Jim Coulter

Juan Our day ended up being good. Technician was to be here between 10/2 showed up after 6 but did a GREAT job so all ended well.
Pat Our A/C unit decided to croak yesterday. Called A/C Warehouse Wednesday morning, was put on a list. Todd was here less than an hour later. Old unit was 25 years old & not repairable. Said the guys would be here around 10am today to put a new unit & new ductwork in. Jeff & Daniel were here about 9:10. I now have air. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Everyone was very knowledgeable, polite, & super great. Would never use anyone else. Oh, I also got a free UV light to take care of filtering the air coming in - FB post where this was FREE so I called the warehouse & it was installed along with the unit. I have been with AC WAREHOUSE for as long as I can remember. They have never let me down. Michael Horan was servicing my AC today and he was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Very respectful.
OK. Its Florida. Its hot. Its *really* hot in July. And its even *hotter* when you have no air conditioning! We have had our HVAC system serviced regularly, however the most recent storm (late on a Thursday) left us without any air movement or AC. (Did I mention its hot in Florida in July?) We called our usual service company Friday morning and they came out that afternoon, but would be unable to get our AC back up and running until at least Monday afternoon. We started calling around, and within 60 minutes AC Warehouse Air Conditioning Repair had called us back and had a tech at our house. Andy was quick, efficient, and nimble as a ferret getting into our attic to trouble-shoot, diagnose, and find the problem and FIX it! Needless to say - their number is asterisked and at the top of my Contacts, and they are our new HVAC gurus.
