I called and left a message pretty late at night, they got back to me a little while later and scheduled me for the next morning. I had some nasty old cast iron drains that were rotted away, and the one main fix turned into 3. Each time Zac H and his apprentice were up front about how to proceed and the best and worst case scenarios. They took pains to fix all the problems with the least cost to me. The final price ended up only a bit more than I expected with just the original fix. I definitely recommend these guys, this was an emergency for us, we basically couldn't use water in most of our house, and instead of bending us over the barrel, these guys were trying to help. They worked from the morning right through to the evening almost without taking a break. Update: We needed plumbing help again after a failed DIY fix attempt. Once again they were incredibly quick to respond. Maybe I was just lucky, but Henry was at my house within a half hour of my original call. Again he was very clear about options and ways to proceed and deferred to my choice in how I wanted to have it handled. No hidden charges, no extra expenses, he told me what he suggested, and what the prices were up front. After the problem was fixed, the price was exactly what he said it would be. I've used Apollo two times now, and I've been very happy with the outcome both times. They're absolutely my go to for plumbing.
The installation of our tankless water heater went extremely well. Unlike most plumbers, Quinn recommended a back-up UPS, which we agreed was a good choice--so we will still have hot water during a power outage!

The review below is from 3 years ago when I had a pump replaced. I just had Apollo Plumbing out again for a pinhole leak. The plumber replaced the old copper pipes with PEX for the hot and cold water and ABS for the drain as it was clogged. The plumber was very friendly, professional knowledgeable. As I stated 3 years ago I will definitely call them again. The people at Apollo Plumbing are professional from the person answering the phones and making the appointments to the plumber who comes out to fix the problem. This appointment was to have a pump replaced. They were professional and made sure the pump was working properly before they left. I am very happy with the service. I would definitely call them again.
Called Apollo on short notice about a leaking outside water spout. Surprised they were able to schedule same day service! They gave me a 3-5pm window. Danny showed up promptly at 3pm. Quickly surveyed the issue. He had correct parts for repair on his truck. Danny went into the crawl space and made repairs in no time. Fast, friendly, courteous service!! What more can you ask for!
