We had Notturno install a second air handler and heat pump condenser so our second floor could be fully separated from our first floor. This was a large project that spanned five days. Everyone we worked with was amazing. Chris, Josh, Nick, and the entire team were all pleasure. Anytime I had a concern, they would address it. They always cleaned up behind them and protected all of our floors. I would recommend Notturno to anyone who needs any HVAC work. Every other company was pushing mini splits when I wanted to tie into existing duct work. Notturno took this project on with no hesitations. Pricing was fair, and communication was impeccable.

If you are looking for plumbing, new furnace or bathroom renovation there is no company that comes close to Notturno Home Services. Just had a bathroom remodeled and everyone at Notturno I worked with was exceptional. It began with Nick coming to our home and understanding our needs. He is a great listener and works to deliver everything promised from the start. He provides his personal number in case there is anything at all you need. The people in the office are exceptional. Worked with many including Janelle (hope I spelled her name correctly) and she was amazing, professional and really cared. Because it was a complete remodel, I had different plumbers and electricians and every one of them was exceptional. Sean Kelley the plumber did a great job demoing and installing the new tub unit. Its easy to remember names because they have a lot of Seans so it helps customers remember who was there. Shawn Murray, the electrician was incredible and he did a great job adding outlets, wiring and putting in ceiling fan and lights and wall lights - things had to be rewired but he didn't miss a beat. Scott and Ryan put in the toilet and then completed tub fixtures - making sure everything was perfect. Mario D'Ascenzo had to come twice seeing I only have one bathroom and they made sure I always had a toilet at night. He also completed some fixtures. Ross Gobin did a great job completing the fan work. There were many people here and all were exceptional and I apologize if I didn't include all the names. It's unusual to have such a great experience with everyone in the organization. They are all exceptional and that is definitely a tribute to the Owner Mike and the leadership in the organization. John was the Service Manager and he came to insure I was happy with the work and he was great at reviewing everything that was completed. He was exceptional listener and wanted feedback. Even the owner Mike came by to check on the whole job. I will never use another plumbing or heating company - there aren't enough accolades I can give this company. I've dealt with many, but this company is dedicated to their customers and employees. Employees love working there and it shows by their commitment to quality and detail and insuring complete customer satisfaction. I don't work for this company, I am just a very happy customer who has had an extraordinary customer experience. At a time when good customer service is hard to find, look no further than Notturno. I know you will be as happy as I am.

Called in the morning to tell them my gas boiler (steam heat) was turning on and off .. they had someone here within hours who was able to figure out the issue in less than an hour ( unfortunately the part has to be ordered). Will have you know, it recently had a yearly tuneup 8 days ago and when I told the technician from this other company what it was doing, he said there was nothing wrong and gave it 2 thumbs up, of course today no heat at all, apparently the other company didn’t know what to look for.. Notturno will now be my ‘go-to’ company ... couldn’t be happier with the service !

Josh and Arthur did a fantastic job today in repairing our leak. They were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and just a real pleasure to work with and they should both be commended. This is the second time I have used Notturno for a fairly comprehensive job and I was exceptionally pleased overall ( similar to my last experience). Our experience was awesome, called at 8am and had a tech out at 10:30. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Problem was corrected and I feel very confident in the work performed. I will definitely call Notturno in the future, if need be. I have hot water again! "Towel Please"
I want to extend my greatest satisfaction to the work done by Scott Haley and his assistant Colby. They were prompt , listened to my needs evaluated to work to be done provided a quote . The work was done professionally and the areas were spotless after they cleaned up. Took the time show me the work that was completed and asked if I had any questions. We woke up today with no hot water. I called Notturno around 11:00am. They came very quickly figured out that I did need a new hot water heater which I had assumed. And they installed, cleaned up and left and were gone by 1:30! Scott and Sawyer were great and professional and explained everything. I am so happy with the work, as scary as something like this can be...they made me completely comfortable. You have a customer for life now.
I highly recommend Notturno Plumbing, Heating & Air conditioning. We were having issues with our split ductless system. It would freeze over, constantly. We contacted the original installers multiple times to help fix the issue. After the THIRD time out they actually gave us the real reason why it wasnt working, and they suggested a sales rep. We felt they over quoted us, and I told my husband to call Notturno for a second opinion. John came out to look at our equipment, and said what the other sales company quoted us wasnt too out of the range of normal, but also said there was no need for a few things, which saved us a lot of money. Matt and another gentleman as well as an apprentice came yesterday to fix our problem, and now after MONTHS of living without heat, they fixed the issue in 1/2 of a day. They were friendly, and professional. We felt like we mattered, and we werent just a number or dollar sign. We couldnt be happier with the repairs and customer service.
These guys were Excellent,like a well oiled machine! (Ryan,Ross,Matt and the young kid) With all the contractors in and out of house over the last 5 months, they are by far the best as far workmanship, time management, communicating, cleaning up afterwards and following up. The all took the time to answer all my questions with feeling like I was bothering them. Chris and Erin have also been excellent to work with!

Mikes plumbers always perform their tasks will impeccable professionalism. The installation is perfect. Three specific instances stand out. First, both technicians wore protective shoe covers when they entered the living area. This shows consideration and professionalism. Secondly, the technicians remained well beyond the work day to ensure that we had heat and hot water before they left. Proof of commitment to the customer. Third, there was an previously existing small leak in a fitting that became serviceable when the pipe was drained. It was repaired despite that it was not related to anything with the installation. I cant recommend Notturno Plumbing and Heating strongly enough.
