This was an unfortunate and expensive inspection but was needed to hold the builder accountable. Philip was amazing and very professional. Explained every step and helped us feel at ease regardless of the mold situation. We had mold throughout our second story and vaulted ceilings due to poor HVAC install and horrible sealing job. The builder is now taking care of all the work and expenses. Could not have worked out any better for us.

I was very pleased with how Antonio tackled the task of inspecting our house for mold and water damages caused by the February freeze. He was very methodical and thorough. It was the end of the work day for most people. Antonio worked into the evening to provide what we believe will be a very through and complete report. If the report is as comprehensive and complete as we expect it will be because of Antonios efforts.
