Home My experience was a tiny bit annoying. My cpap stopped working on a Thursday. My first call was to HCS to see if I could get help and I was told to call my sleep md. I called my sleep md and they said HCS should help me. Calling them back yet again this time the person on the other end took time to check to see how old my device was, and found that it was able to be replaced. I needed to again call my sleep specialist, yet again, for an order for a new one. I got a loaner for me to use until my new device arrived. So, this was a fairly painful process that took 4 days to resolve. Luckily, it went fairly smoothly and all went well.

Home I can't remember the last time I dlinteracted with someone as friendly as Christine - both on the phone and in person. She was very accommodating to me and my hectic schedule last evening.
Home Our service technician Matthew was curteous as well as friendly. Most of all he was patient with my parents, making sure the new equipment was set up where they wanted them. And made sure they knew how to use them. VERY PROFESSIONAL and made delivery a pleasant experience.
I only had one appointment in Haverhill and the young woman that helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. She drives an hour to her job and has such a wonderful attitude!!! We need more people like her in this world!!!
