Jorge The Technician, Jorge, arrived right on time. I received a text message, including tracking, indicating that he was on his way. When he arrived he introduced himself and upon entering immediately put on shoe protectors to protect our floors. He was dressed and spoke VERY professionally. Jorge was extremely knowledgeable about air conditioners/furnaces/etc. Each and every question we had for him was answered in a professional manner. We were totally impressed by this young man. Being that my biggest pet peeve is customer service, he was #1 in my book. I have a couple other quotes in my hand, and 2-3 more that I’m looking at. The quotes are relatively pretty close, but being that this young man was as professional as I expected, I believe I will put my trust and money in this company. Keep up the outstanding work Jorge. Your customer service, knowledge, and professionalism is “SECOND TO NONE”! THE NEXT DAY (8.AM.) WOW! I just can’t get over how quickly this company took care of us. Had my quote 2 days ago, hired them, and the entire job (a/c and furnace) was done yesterday. Upon arrival they introduced themselves (Erin and Otis), and explained what they were about to do. They started by laying drop cloths from the entrance all the way down to the furnace room. Every part of the furnace (old and new) were carried up/down without hitting a wall (I couldn’t do that). From beginning to the end they were extremely professional and quite friendly. Every question we had for them was answered with the ease of understanding and with the knowledge that they’ve been doing this for years. At the end of the project, Erin explained everything about our new a/c and furnace in a manner that even I could understand; in other words, in layman terms. If it were me I would get one quote and that would be from this company. I went out for 3 quotes and ended up hiring this company – why....the knowledge, the professionalism, and fantastic customer service. All in all, we are extremely satisfied with our new a/c and furnace, and were extremely happy with Erin and Otis. Kudos to these 2 excellent technicians! Thank you Mac-Vik!!!!!
Marius here for routine AC service and superb as usual. 35 y.o. AC unit held up through last summer, thanks to Marius's efforts. Now looking forward to working with him for new AC replacement. He spent considerable time with details of purchase and installation; it's great to be able to trust his judgement and rely 100% on getting excellent workmanship.
Jorge was an awesome technician. He arrived on time and had a lot of knowledge. When asked to provide us with a few quotes from basic maintenance repair to full replacement, he provided those quotes easily. He took the time to explain his recommendations with reasons why. Will recommend Mac-Vik Plumping and Heating to anyone needing service in the future.

We were very pleased with Fernando's work. He explained each step and what was happening. Now our drains run very fast. Camden Dylan and his assistant (sorry, I don't remember his name) did a great job. They protected my floors and were very careful around my walls. They were quick installing my water heater. I appreciate that you came out the same day as I called.

Marius is a genius problem solver for our boiler. It's had a few unusual problems that others were not able to figure out. We are very happy with the service we've received from Mac-Vik and Marius.
As alway, Mac-Vik comes through! I came home last night and my boiler was not working. I immediatley called Mak-Vik and was able to have a technician come over within 30 minutes. He fixed the problem and we were up and running. Right about the time he was leaving, it started snowing. I have been using Mac-Vik for the last 30 years and would recommend them to everyone! First rate service and professionalism!

We had our new furnace installed 9/2023. There were some unusual cuts required due to improper installation of previous furnace and they had to make 2 trips (approx. 1 hr each way). Laine was the installer and he made it all work with a smile... Alan coordinated and was very professional. Highly Recommend Mac-Vik!!
Ive used Mac-Vik for the four years Ive lived in my house. Like clock work I always have issues around the holidays, and they have always taken excellent care of me, always gotten out to me within 24 hours. A couple years ago they did in emergency call for me the day before thanksgiving when I was about to have 20 people in my house. Their technicians are always awesome, and they have worked with me when Ive been in a bind.
These guys are great! Same day fix. Chris was very good and detail oriented. Nice guy showed up on time and were the best priced out of all the bids we shopped. We had a rough in for a sink added in the bathroom
