Marius here for routine AC service and superb as usual. 35 y.o. AC unit held up through last summer, thanks to Marius's efforts. Now looking forward to working with him for new AC replacement. Dylan Jorge is a wonderful asset to the company. He explains things well, provides evidence to back up his observations, and instills confidence. We were concerned about inspecting for mold in our AC unit and he followed all our wishes to a "T" and it became evident that this is standard practice for Mac-Vik. Marius is a genius problem solver for our boiler. It's had a few unusual problems that others were not able to figure out. We are very happy with the service we've received from Mac-Vik and Marius.
As alway, Mac-Vik comes through! I came home last night and my boiler was not working. I immediatley called Mak-Vik and was able to have a technician come over within 30 minutes. He fixed the problem and we were up and running. Right about the time he was leaving, it started snowing. I have been using Mac-Vik for the last 30 years and would recommend them to everyone! First rate service and professionalism!

We had our new furnace installed 9/2023. There were some unusual cuts required due to improper installation of previous furnace and they had to make 2 trips (approx. 1 hr each way). Laine was the installer and he made it all work with a smile... Alan coordinated and was very professional. Highly Recommend Mac-Vik!!
Ive used Mac-Vik for the four years Ive lived in my house. Like clock work I always have issues around the holidays, and they have always taken excellent care of me, always gotten out to me within 24 hours. A couple years ago they did in emergency call for me the day before thanksgiving when I was about to have 20 people in my house. Their technicians are always awesome, and they have worked with me when Ive been in a bind.
