AWESOME service. A real live person actually answered the phone, got scheduled appointment for next day, showed up in time frame. Super nice,professional, explained everything, took care of ac problem in short order. Very reasonable pricing. Signed up for annual service package, as have number of people I told about it. Will definitely use again
Sultonbek did a great job to replace my old 3 handles tub faucet that I have struggled to fix it for a while. The job took what he mentioned because he had to run back to shop to get parts and then missing part again and went back again. I would expect much longer than what he did so he did great. Overall, I am pleased and would use his service again since I joined the member as well, sometimes, you just need to leave the job to professional rather than do it by yourself. 7/1/25 Further checking again, I am really disappointed because I left him upstairs without watch him and was told to check back 24 hours. The front plate kit was off the center and the tile at front was falling apart and put it back with caulking I can tell because it's not flat anymore and a bit inward and I was not informed. Not really happy about appearance after the installation.
Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining our options. He didn’t mind giving me numbers for both options. In the short amount of time he was here I knew he was someone I could trust, and the job would be done right the first time.

I recently moved into a new home and purchased a membership through ECO. I must say I have truly been impressed. My first visit Jeremy came out for a plumbing issue and was very prompt and professional. Today, Endy came out for yearly maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. Not knowing what I was going to be facing he explained his findings to me thoroughly, showed me pictures of my units, and rendered his recommendations. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Called Eco (We are near Dayton) on a whim when my normally preferred company couldn’t get us in.. I thought we just had a clogged drain that needed snaked.. Long story short, we had a collapsed fountain line which required tearing up my partially finished basement. They fixed the originally problem. We asked them to come back and rip the rest of the cast iron foundation lines out so we weren’t in this spot again.. We have nothing but great things to say about all the employees we dealt with from Jeremy W who came out to snake it , to Devaunghn B who gave us all the estimates and camera’ed the lines and lastly Hunter who did all the work of the repair. He was amazing, answered my questions and worked hard to leave the house in good condition. Ben came to help a few days too.. They were all very friendly and nice to our dogs too! The only thing I can’t comment on is their prices. We were in a bind on the original repair and needed it repaired quickly, we didn’t get any other estimates. We were satisfied with the work and felt like they did a good job. Would recommend them..
