I was pleased with Allen Service from the moment I spoke with a kind receptionist. The servicemen showed up on time and were extremely friendly. They talked through and explained everything they were going to do and what was found. Not a detail was left out. I didn't feel as though I was pressured to have any services done that I didn't feel were necessary at this moment. Just to make the whole service even better, they wrote out (yes, hand written!) a summary of the services so I could easily share the information with my husband who couldn't be home for the day. ...and they were even kind to my little grouchy dog... That was impressive!
