The technician was on time, was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job. When he was finished he spent time explaining what he found and what we might expect in the future from our heating system. GREAT JOB!

Had a difficult repair on a radiant floor heating boiler. Steve showed up and was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and experienced. He diagnosed the problem ordered parts and got the job done beyond expectation. Great customer service from Dustin both before, during and after the job was complete. All around a great team, courteous and professional. Will definitely use again for all plumbing and heating needs.

James was prompt and knowledgeable about the garage heating unit. It's a ceiling mounted 20,000 btu forced air heating unit. He diagnosed, fixed, and had it running within a short time. He was a pleasure to work with.

Allen Services is a great company. We have been using them for many years. They are pricy however, the old adage "you get what you pay for" applies here.

I was pleased with Allen Service from the moment I spoke with a kind receptionist. The servicemen showed up on time and were extremely friendly. They talked through and explained everything they were going to do and what was found. Not a detail was left out. I didn't feel as though I was pressured to have any services done that I didn't feel were necessary at this moment. Just to make the whole service even better, they wrote out (yes, hand written!) a summary of the services so I could easily share the information with my husband who couldn't be home for the day. ...and they were even kind to my little grouchy dog... That was impressive!
