Talk about great service! Of your looking for someone that has great prices with Finace options and will get the job done right this is the place to come. Matt is was very knowledgeable and professional the last ac company that came only wanted to sell me a whole system told me that was my only real option Matt found the problem which was only $500 to fix way better than 15k for a new unit. I def recommend this company.

Spring check-up was completed as it was scheduled the day before. Technician was courteous and professional. No mess left behind. Now, we’re not worried going into A/C season.
We were so thankful for Andrew. He was in charge of the crew that replaced our AC. As you know, this is a big job with lots of people. They had to be on our roof and inside two closets. Not one time did we feel like our space was invaded. They explained everything they needed to do and why. We have an older home and it’s not made for the bigger units. So they figured out how to make it work. Not one time did Andrew or his crew complain. I knew they had to be hungry. It’s a week later and our system is working great. They even sent Chris back to check on it. Andrew is very professional, he made sure our carpet and home was protected. We knew what was going on at all times. He took time to give us information about the unit and how to work the thermostat. Reese Air has great crews. It was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended) from a lot of companies in Dallas that want to get you in and out. Thank you guys!!!
Very friendly personnel from the scheduler to the technical staff. Jacob Coronado came to help us solve our problem. He was very polite and respectful. He inspected our unit inside and out, plus he took the time to test the unit to make sure it was working correctly. I appreciated his thoroughness. Wonderful company that I am happy to recommend to my friends.
