I had an outside faucet that appeared to be leaking. Tilal inspected the faucet and determined that it was not leaking and did not need to be fixed at this time .He then proceeded to thoroughly explain the process for fixing the faucet in the future.He didn't charge me anything for coming out and looking at my potential problem . Tilal was exceptional and I will definitely be calling Eco to deal with any future plumbing issues that may arise.

Vince did an amazing job on my HVAC install. The job took longer than expected and I was pleased that he didn't have a rushed and hurried approach to finish the job. He ensured the job was thorough and completed to my satisfaction and he answered all my questions. The new system is working well and the house has never been more pleasant...just in the knick of time before our forecasted heatwave.

Tyler and Talha came out and inspected my a/c unit yesterday, 6/17/25. After the inspection, we came up with a plan, which was executed within 24 hours of the initial inspectionCurt and another employee installed my new a/c unit today 6/18/25. They were very knowledgeable and respectful. Great service 10/10 recommend
Called Eco (We are near Dayton) on a whim when my normally preferred company couldn’t get us in.. I thought we just had a clogged drain that needed snaked.. Long story short, we had a collapsed fountain line which required tearing up my partially finished basement. They fixed the originally problem. We asked them to come back and rip the rest of the cast iron foundation lines out so we weren’t in this spot again.. We have nothing but great things to say about all the employees we dealt with from Jeremy W who came out to snake it , to Devaunghn B who gave us all the estimates and camera’ed the lines and lastly Hunter who did all the work of the repair. He was amazing, answered my questions and worked hard to leave the house in good condition. Ben came to help a few days too.. They were all very friendly and nice to our dogs too! The only thing I can’t comment on is their prices. We were in a bind on the original repair and needed it repaired quickly, we didn’t get any other estimates. We were satisfied with the work and felt like they did a good job. Would recommend them..
