Otter Guys responded to me over the weekend, scheduled me for a Monday call, and arrived during the time frame promised. Then, they spent 40 minutes on the phone with my home warranty company to get the work approved - they were friendly and polite and all around terrific!

Michael was awesome! He came out to diagnose a problem and provide solution options. First and foremost the communication about arrival time was perfect. I was provided updates throughout the morning. Michael explained things in a way I could understand. He gave me options and when i asked for pros and cons of each he was very candid. As a result of his stellar service at the initial service call we decided to move forward with them to replace our AC unit. Will update review post -AC unit install. So far i'm very impressed with the professionalism of The Otter Guys.

Michael was very professional , and did a great job explaining things to me, after inspecting my HVAC which is quite old now. He didn’t push me to do anything or to replace my HVAC, which I appreciate that. He gave me useful tips as to what I should do with or how I should maintain my aging HVAC system. Will definitely call him when I need him.

I didnt think I could get a better service person than Lee but Devin did a great job. He was very people oriented and was just so nice. I have been a customer of JLK for many years and wouldnt go anywhere else. I highly recommend them to take care of all your need.

Actually I was quite impressed with how fast they responded, since I was loosing 6gallons of water an hour and no one local was available to help. The wait was over a week. Wasnt ok with the high bill, 89.00 service call which was ok. One toilet was fixed, we couldnt afford the other so we headed to Lowes and got the parts for 30.00 and its fixed. At least the water leak was stopped. Our water company never notified us, considering we had been loosing water since January, nothing was heard in house to alert us, only a bill that was rising. After paying a huge water bill and will be paying another big bill here, our lovely service authority refunded us $30.66 over 5 months of leaks, and a repair bill.

Last Friday, my heating system failed. JLK quickly came out and offered solutions. They removed my old system on Monday. On Tuesday they put in a new highly efficient HVAC system. The workers who came to my home worked hard, were very personable and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend JLK.
