Used Benjamin Franklin for the first time for an emergency situation. Pressure tank exploded. My mom didn't know what else to do and so gave her the number to this company. They were super nice he sent out his son to my moms in Ottawa. Very reasonable thought it would cost alot more then it did. My mom was super happy with the services she received. He was very respectful and got the situation under control and fixed pretty quickly. Thank you for all the help you provided. Will definitely recommend you and use in the future.

Erick It was a huge job that required replacing part of the sewer drain, installing a clean out location and clearing the clogged line from the stack to the new clean out location. It also required a new drain line from the laundry room to the new clean out, as the old line was not up to code, and was a big part of the problem with the clogging line. The crew brought the hustle and the muscle to get the job done! They were friendly, professional, and kept me informed through the whole process. I will continue to use Benjamin Franklin for all my plumbing needs.

I can't rave enough about the service I received from Andrew. Anything that could go wrong went wrong. I was worked in very quickly and had service in less than 2 hours. My plumbing issue ended up being more in depth than originally thought and required more time and equipment which he quickly coordinated. Andrew was upfront and honest from start to finish, and explained everything very well. He was very understanding, compassionate, professional and went well above and beyond the typical service provider. My plumbing issue was resolved quickly, cleanly and professionally. I highly recommend Andrew and his team, they made an awful day a lot easier. These guys are the real deal.
I needed a spicket replaced for my outdoor faucet and Erik and his partner did a great job replacing it. Both gentleman were very kind & personable, and they even tested my water for free. Would highly recommend.
I had a leaky garbage disposal and phoned Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Yorkville. It was late Saturday afternoon and they were able to be at my home in a couple of hours after the service man Jeremy finished up a job in Geneva. He called first when he was 30 minutes away. He promptly started assessing the issue. He showed me the problem and I definitely needed a new disposal to replace my 20 year old one. He asked me how often I used the disposal and what kind of scraps I put down the disposal. We then decided which unit would work best for me. He had one on the truck and in a short time we were good to go. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and left the work area spic and span clean when he left. I am a repeat customer and will use them again when plumbing situations arise. Thank you Jeremy!!
I had my water heater replaced and Chris in the office was extremely helpful. The service technician Andrew did a fantastic job. He diagnosed the problem quickly and provided options before we determined that the water heater needed to be replaced. Chris and Andrew worked on the manufacturer's warranty for me and provided a reasonable cost for the labor. I would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
Very helpful at a fair price. I feel like I got a bargain. Jim explained what he was doing in a way that was far more informative than what I had learned watching YouTube. He told my wife & I up front what the bill would be, then did the work. That was a few days ago. Were still satisfied with everything and plan to have Ben Franklin do some improvements soon.
