Chad came by and inspect our issue with a leaky toilet. He did an excellent job of explaining the issue and the cost of repair. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Chad informed us that he is our local plumber that services our area and also for emergencies. John Moore lives up to their reputation. 10/18/2025-we had our kitchen sink and faucet replaced and Kendar/Javier did a wonderful job! This is the 3rd job that John Moore did for us and they never disappoint! Thank you!

Frank came in the evening, was on time and on Friday. He did a better than excellent job, insisted on cleaning up after he was done. A very nice person in that he explained everything as he did it and explained the expectations of the outcome. As a result of the visit I also subscribed to the service plan for my AC and hot water heater. I will not hesitate to call them again.
