Mr. Calderon told us what he was going to do in the attic to unclog the drain pipe for the water heater. Then he showed us the materials he had flushed out of the drain pipe that was attached to the pipe in the bathroom below the water heater in the house. And he did not have to cut the original pipe.!!!!! Today, Mr. Calderon checked above work applying the warranty that John Moore grants for service provided. I am most appreciative and very satisfied.

Frank came in the evening, was on time and on Friday. He did a better than excellent job, insisted on cleaning up after he was done. A very nice person in that he explained everything as he did it and explained the expectations of the outcome. As a result of the visit I also subscribed to the service plan for my AC and hot water heater. I will not hesitate to call them again.
